Artist information – Ania Bas
Ania is a collaborative artist from Poland, now based in the West
Midlands, UK.
She invites everyday people to take part in creative
processes that lead to creation of art works. She uses different
media: photography, Internet, text messages to explore themes of
communication, language, sense of belonging to space, time and
culture. Ania's work often blurs edges of what art is, and who
produces it. Her recent project can be seen at: www.adoptaplant.co.uk
